Megger Tester

Electrical cabling, switchgear and fittings can deteriorate with time, so it is necessary to test and inspect all fixed electrical systems regularly in accordance with time scales set out by the Institute of Electrical Engineers (the IEE) to ensure compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations and safety. The main causes of fire in the home and workplace are directly attributable to defective electrical installations.

Our fully qualified electricians have the knowledge and experience to perform both visual and electrical tests to BS 7671:2008 + A3:2016, (the amended IEE Wiring Regulations) to ensure the safest and most secure practices possible, searching for any potentially dangerous defects that could otherwise lead to fire or injury. With our experience and know how, we can identify potential problems and prevent them from developing any further.
